The GRIND WORK ACADEMY is designed to teach the basic fundamental and techniques to participate in organized sports. Experienced coaches will teach proper footwork, drills and techniques.  Training sesseions incorporate curcuit training, speed and running techiques, position drills and training, as well as team and player competition.  Our coaches are well trained and qualified to teach, instruct, and perform drills and techniques at the highest levels.  Your steps to becoming an elite athletic is on its way and we will help GRIND to get you there.
